I was losing my voice

It kept cracking itself

In my throat

In what felt like always

I kept chasing after my mother

Mama

Mama, please don't leave me

again, Mama!

As I kept trying it kept going

I kept on it went on

After a while

My voice my mother

I lost them both

Completely.
